2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle or participate in our driver programs, you must:

Be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Have a clean driving record and meet our eligibility criteria.
Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.

We reserve the right to verify all information and deny service at our discretion.

3. Rental Terms

All rentals are charged on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rates vary by vehicle type and duration.
A refundable security deposit may be required at the start of the rental.
Renters must return vehicles in the same condition as received, with normal wear and tear excepted.
Late returns may result in additional fees.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments are due in advance of each rental period.

5. Insurance and Coverage

Failure to comply with insurance terms may result in loss of coverage and personal liability.

6. Vehicle Use Policy

You agree to use the vehicle only for approved purposes, including rideshare and delivery platforms (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, etc.). You may not:

Allow anyone else to drive the vehicle who is not authorized.
Use the vehicle for illegal or dangerous activities.
Smoke inside the vehicle or transport hazardous materials.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of deposits.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

Rightway Rentals is responsible for regular maintenance and mechanical repairs. Renters must promptly report any issues, unusual noises, or dashboard warnings.
Unauthorized repairs are not permitted and will not be reimbursed.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the rental agreement with 24 hours’ notice.
If a renter violates any term of this agreement, Rightway Rentals reserves the right to cancel the rental immediately without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rightway Rentals is not responsible for:

Loss of income, time, or profits resulting from vehicle issues.
Personal items left in the vehicle.
Damages beyond what is covered by the insurance policy.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

11. Website Use

All website content, logos, and materials are the property of Rightway Rentals.
